CEO and Founder: Steve Cohen

As the founder of Electric Effect, Steve has personally envisioned and managed the development and deployment of each product, including EE-Collaborate, SmartSite, SmartHUB, mySmartCloud, SmartShare, Analyze and SmartFeedback.

Steve also specialize in social marketing strategies and tactics for health care organizations, focusing on best practices, operations, conversion and engagement.

As the founder of Electric Effect, Steve has personally envisioned and managed the development and deployment of each product, including EE-Collaborate, SmartSite, SmartHUB, SmartCloud, and Analyze.

President: Douglas Queen

Dr. Queen is an integral member of the Electric Effect executive team. Providing a unique academic and business background in HealthCare, Douglas provides key strategic advisement for Electric Effect & SmartCloud product refinement. He is also developing global marketing & sales.

With over 25 years of expertise Dr. Queen, received his PhD in Biomedical Engineering studying Wound Care Dressings in 1986 from University of Strathclyde, Glasgow, UK, and also earned his MBA from Manchester Business School, University of Manchester, UK in 1996.  Douglas also spent 13 years working for ConvaTec both in Research and Development & in Sales and Marketing in North America & Europe.
